This class will iontroduce students to cold joinery, the fastening of metal without heat. Two types of rivets will be demonstrated, regular and flush. Additionally, making screws, using a tap and die set, will be demonstrated. Students will make rivets and screws followiong the demo. The decorativ aspects of rivets will be emphasized.
A materials fee, payable to the instructor, will be charged.
