Students will choose from a variety of colors of glass and glass nuggets to complete a 4"x5" modern abstract stained glass suncatcher to take home.

Students will learn the basics of the copper foil “Tiffany” method of creating stained glass, which includes cutting and grinding glass, applying copper foil and soldering glass pieces together. Students will have the option of applying black patina and will install hanging hardware on their piece.

All tools and materials provided.This class does not require any prior experience with stained glass, but does require the ability to work around sharp edges and with power tools. Safety equipment will be provided. Closed toe shoes are required.
