Create your own carving to be cast in iron during Fire in The Park on Novemeber 18th and take it home the same day!

Participants will be given a 6” x 6” block of resin-bonded sand and can carve into it any shallow-relief design they wish and on November 18th we will be casting them in iron for you to take home! Liberty Arts is one of the only groups of artists on the East coast that publicly casts iron. This is entirely a public event and spectators are absolutely welcome! The Fire in The Park event will see live music, Fullsteam beer, multiple food trucks, performances, and of course molten cast iron! There is no experience necessary, nor any need to bring any specific safety gear. Located directly across the street from the Watts Hill Pavillion in Central Park. We will be issuing instruction, safety gear, tools, and materials on the day of. Cost per individual is $30.
